Our Mission:
We are a network pursuing a move of God through equipping churches, ministries, and leaders in Jesus-shaped discipleship and mission.
Our approach
We believe that an extraordinary move of God is possible in our lifetime in the places where we live. To effectively partner with God, you need context-specific clarity about how you plan to:
Pursue God’s Heart:
Can you answer: How are we growing whole-hearted devotion and dependency on God in our community?
Create Multiplying Discipleship Environments:
Can you answer: What is our plan to make Jesus-shaped disciples?
Foster Missional Engagement:
Can you answer: How do we embody and share the gospel contextually in our community?
Develop Empowered Leaders:
Can you answer: What is our plan to develop and empower leaders with high character and competency?
Move Together in Community
Can you answer: What is our plan to help create Jesus-shaped communities?
Our Values
-

Jesus-shaped Disciple Making
The primary task that Jesus left his disciples was to make other disciples who follow Jesus and adopt his way of life. We desire to be faithful and fruitful in that call and help others do the same. Therefore, all our principles, practices, and training are modeled after the life and ministry of Jesus to produce disciples who look like Jesus.
-

The Word and the Spirit
The Holy Scriptures inform the content and contour of our message, and the Holy Spirit empowers the movement of our mission. As such, we seek to root all that we do in sound biblical theology while seeking the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our ministry and mission. Sometimes we call this a naturally-supernatural lifestyle.
-

Contextualized, Gospel Mission
As we seek to make disciples, we are called to bear witness to the good news through word and deed among diverse people and places. We desire to embody and train others to embody that common mission in ways that are shaped by the unique context in which leaders, ministries, and churches find themselves.
-

Kingdom Leadership
Jesus specifically told his disciples that leadership among his people was supposed to look different than the world around them. It wasn’t merely competency that mattered, but their character. They were to empower leaders who could carry on his work, but also empower others. Therefore, we seek to multiply leaders with high character and competency at various stages of maturity and development to advance the mission of God.
-

Movemental Relationships
We recognize that living and leading in ministry and mission can be a lonely road, and what God is calling us to is so much bigger than any individual or ministry. Therefore, we highly value relationships with people who have a shared sense of DNA and heart for a move of God through mission and discipleship.

Our Processes and Vehicles
Coaching for personal and leadership formation
Cohorts for ministry teams
Connection to move with like-minded people
Consulting for ministries and churches
Content to inspire and equip
The place to start learning how to make disciples and lead others on mission is to learn how to be a disciple. Simply put, we all need investment from others. Our coaching huddles are designed for you to receive personal investment for a season to help you grow in your discipleship and leadership so that you have something to give away to others. These coaching huddles range from a few months to a year long and will give you exposure to a number of basic tools and tactics for disciple-making.
Coaching
If you want to see God move in and through your church or ministry by making disciples and mobilizing mission, you will need a team of people on the same page. Our learning cohorts are immersive experiences designed to equip your team to develop and implement Spirit-led, strategic plans to: Pursue God’s Heart; Create Multiplying Discipleship Environments; Foster Missional Engagement; Develop Empowered Leaders. Each cohort focuses on one of these areas of movement over six months through attending a 2-day workshop with other churches and ministry teams, monthly consulting with your team, and weekly coaching calls with your key leader. These six-month cohorts are offered on a rotating basis each year and can be done à la carte or as a two-year process at a discounted rate.
Cohorts
We have discovered that we all need other like-minded people as we pursue a move of God. So in addition to taking advantage of the introductory training we offer, ministries, churches, and leaders often decide to join our network to continue the journey together. Our network provides ongoing coaching and support for ministries who have completed our learning communities, additional gatherings for training and inspiration, retreats for leaders and spouses, and access to all our resources for new and repeat team members. In this network, we all learn from each other and our shared experiences and pursue a move of God together.
Connection
Consulting
Some churches and ministries find themselves in unique situations where they need more than individual coaching of a leader, but cannot be a part of a cohort. In this case, they benefit from a consulting relationship with one of our experienced team members to help you meet your needs. These consulting relationships can be tailored to meet your needs to implement the principles and practices we have found helpful to partner with what God wants to do in your context.
Content
We all need fresh input, insights, and reminders. We have a great team of people willing to share their experiences of do’s and don’ts from their journey. Follow our various communication outlets for ongoing resources available online and in print.
What does it take to join Move Network?
Because this is a relational network, we ask every church to decide on its own what it will contribute annually. We have 100% transparency on what all churches give and where all the money is spent. Here are a few principles or guidelines for churches:
The range of an annual church gift to the network is $1,200 to $10,000 depending on size.
If a church would like to have two leaders in huddle, instead of one, we do ask the church to consider increasing their gift by $1,000 per year.
For individuals who want to join the network, we welcome this and ask individuals to consider a minimum gift of $ 1,000 per year.
To keep our administrative overhead low, we ask all gifts to be given in only one of two ways:
o Monthly through automatic payments by Subplash (link below)
o One-time annually through a mailed-in check to:
3DM Hub Fort Wayne, IN
3157 Minnich Rd
New Haven, IN 46774
It is a privilege and honor to pursue our discipleship calling together in community as we grow, learn, and encourage one another. We love doing this as family!
